Join us on April 7th for a sourdough 101 class led by Courtney Scharping!  Participants will learn the art of caring for sourdough and creating delicious treats in your own home.  Courtney will provide all participants with a fresh baked loaf of sourdough and dehydrated starter to use in your own home along with a cheat sheet directions.  The event will cost $25 and will be held at the AHS FACS room from 6-8 PM.  To reserve your spot, email Molly Schilling at m.schilling@isd511.net
