Beginner Crochet Class Available! 

• When: Jan. 21 & 28 from 6:30 PM - 8:30 PM

• Where: HS Library

• What: Come to learn the basics of crocheting! You will learn a chain, single crochet stitch, the double crochet stitch and how to count your stitches. You will learn to read a pattern and how to find patterns online.  

• Items Needed for Class: 

-Yarn - a skein of yarn, 

- G (4 mm) hook,

- Scissors

- blunt needle with a large eye to put the yarn through

** The first two-hour class you will learn the basic stitch and how to count so that you can start learning the stitches.  The second two-hour class you will bring what you have practiced, and I can help you and give you suggestions should you need them.  I will also show you how to read a pattern and where to find the best free patterns for crocheting with tutorials to help you along. - Sherrilyn Klaassen
